I am originally from Yorkshire, England but for the last 22 years I have proudly called New Zealand home, I do still have my Yorkshire accent and humour though. I trained as a nurse in the UK, working in a variety of settings including ED but I always looked to the skies and eventually fulfilled my dream of working as a Flight Attendant. For over 30 years my career in the UK and NZ gave me the opportunity to travel, meet the most wonderful people and explore the more far flung corners of the globe.

My husband and I are now retired and have a motorhome based in Europe so we can indulge in slow travel around the quieter parts of Europe. We also have a love of adventure, road tripping through Argentina, camping in Kazakhstan and the UK to Hong Kong by train are just a few examples. When things occasionally go wrong our mantra is “it’s all part of the adventure” and to be thankful we have the opportunity to travel.

The highlight of my travels has often been the people we have met along the way, the ones we have shared adventures and stories with, you can’t beat a good yarn over a glass of wine at the end of the day. I look forward to meeting you,  sharing experiences, making sure that you get the absolute best out of your holiday and return with your own stories and memories.
