SUN 12 MAY- AUCKLAND/SINGAPORE                         D

Depart at 10.05am on Air NZ to Singapore. Arrive in Singapore at 4.50pm. Stay Grand Park City Hall (3 nights).

MON 13 MAY - SINGAPORE SIGHTSEEING                      B,L

Today a full day of sightseeing. Charming Joo Chiat and Katong, Changi village, Little India, the Merlion Park and Botanic Gardens. Lunch and a Popiah (spring roll) making demonstration included.

TUE 14 MAY - SINGAPORE SIGHTSEEING                        B,D

Today a half day tour of Gardens by the Bay including entrance to the 2 flower domes. Free afternoon.

WED 15 MAY - SINGAPORE/HANOI, VIETNAM              B,D

Depart Singapore at 9.15am (SQ192) arrive Hanoi 11.25pm. Welcome dinner tonight. Apricot Hotel Hanoi (2 nights).

THU 16 MAY - HANOI SIGHTSEEING                                B,L,D          

A full day tour of Hanoi including ,Hoa Lo Prison (for prisoners of War during the Vietnam War), Uncle Ho Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, the Temple of Literature and after an included lunch, enjoy a Jeep tour to witness the lifestyle of the Hanoi people. Dinner at local restaurant tonight.

FRI 17 MAY - HANOI/HALONG BAY CRUISE                  B,L,D

Drive to Halong City Marina. Around midday board the 5 Star Heritage Cruises ship for a magnificent 2 night cruise of the natural wonders of Lan Ha Bay – Cat Ba Archipelago.  Enjoy an included afternoon tea and the chef will lead a Vietnamese cooking class. Enjoy the full ocean views from your private stateroom balcony. All meals and drinks included.

SAT 18 MAY - HALONG BAY CRUISE                               B,L,D

Visit and enjoy lunch at traditional Viet Hai Village deep in the national park. Visit the Cat Ba Archipelago, cruise through Cai Beo floating village and then on to Ba Trai Dao beaches.

SUN 19 MAY - HALONG BAY/HANOI/HUE                    B,L,D

An early morning visit to Dark and Bright Cave to enjoy the sparkling stalactites then breakfast on the ship. Free time and then Brunch onboard ,then late morning disembarkation and then transfer to Hanoi Aiport for your flight to Hue. Arrive Hue.

MON 20 MAY - HUE SIGHTSEEING                                 B,L,D

A full day city tour including Hue’s Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City.  A Perfume River boat trip, Tu Duc Tomb & Khai Dinh Tomb - the most expensive and beautiful tomb in the Nguyen dynasty.

TUE 21 MAY - HUE/HOI AN                                              B,L,D

Drive to the ancient town of Hoi An. On the way, stop at Lang Co beach and visit the incredible Linh Ung Pagoda, considered a Buddhist paradise on Earth. Lunch at local restaurant in Da Nang then into Hoi An via Marble Mountain. Stay Bel Marina Hoi An Resort (4 nights).

WED 22 MAY - HOI AN - FULL DAY TOUR                      B,L,D

Explore the incredible sights of Hoi An, by jeep and river boat. Including a Water Coconut Palm Forest visit, a Tra Que village lunch, a stroll through Hoi An ancient town, and a visit to the  History Museum and local market. Then dinner at a local restaurant tonight.

THU 23 MAY - HOI AN  - HALF DAY TOUR                   B,L

Visit Hoi An’s colourful main market, then a leisurely cruise along the river to the Cooking School. On arrival, we explore the school’s herb garden. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dish ourselves and then we sit down an enjoy the food!

Free day to explore or relax in the resort.

SAT 25 MAY - HOI AN/SAIGON                                       B,D

Free morning then transfer to Da Nang airport for a short flight to Saigon. On arrival in Saigon transfer to Grand Saigon Hotel (2 nights).

SUN 26 MAY - SAIGON SIGHTSEEING                            B,L,D

Boat transfer to Cu Chi Tunnels for a tour of the Viet Cong's renowned underground military network used in the Vietnam War. Back to Saigon - lunch at local restaurant then an afternoon walking and coach tour through the heart of Saigon’s famous and historic city landmarks.

MON 27 MAY - SAIGON/MEKONG DELTA/CAN THO B,L,D

Drive to Ben Tre for a boat trip on a scenic tributary of the Mekong River, with a visit to a Brickworks, a coconut processing workshop, a family workshop making sleep mats and enjoying some fruit and tea. Take a biking trip through green rice fields and vegetable plains. Lunch at local restaurant. Arrive Can Tho. Dinner at the hotel.

Stay Can Tho Ecolodge (1 night).

TUE 28 MAY - CAN THO/SAIGON                                     B,L

A morning boat cruise on the mighty Mekong River to experience the bustling Cai Rang floating markets. Then back to resort for lunch. Afterwards return to Saigon. Free evening.  

Stay Grand Saigon Hotel (1 night).

WED 29 MAY - SAIGON/SIEM REAP,CAMBODIA.         B,D

Transfer you to Saigon airport for your flight to Siem Reap, Cambodia. Arrive Siem Reap Cambodia. Tonight dinner and a performance of the Phare Cambodian Circus. Phare performers use theater, music, dance and modern circus arts to tell uniquely Cambodian stories.

Stay hotel Shinta Mani Angkor  (3 nights).

THU 30 MAY - SIEM REAP ANGKOR TEMPLE TOUR    B,L,D

Explore the incredible UNESCO world heritage complex inside the stunning walled city of Angkor, an ancient world of massive stone faces and evocatively striking temples. Lunch at a restaurant on site. Dinner at a local restaurant.

FRI 31 MAY - SIEM REAP FREE DAY                                B,D

Free day to relax by your pool, explore the vibrant town of Siem Reap. A delicious dinner in the hotel tonight.

SAT 01 JUN - SIEM REAP/PHNOM PENH                       B,L,D

Travel through the bustling countryside to Phnom Penh, the "Pearl of Asia". Dinner at local restaurant.

SUN 02 JUN - PHNOM PENH SIGHTSEEING                 B,L,D

Visit the infamous Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and the Choeung Ek Killing Fields and discover the brutality of the Khmer Rouge. After lunch at local restaurant, tour the Royal Palace, home to the Silver Pagoda, where you can marvel at the collection of Buddha’s in gold, silver, crystal, and bronze.Tonight a Dinner Cruise along Tonle Sap and Mekong Rivers is a magic memory.

MON 03 JUN - PHNOM PENH/AUCKLAND                    B

Transfer to Phnom Penh airport. Depart at 2.05pm on SQ155 via Singapore to Auckland.
