This morning we head for a photo opportunity at ‘That Wanaka Tree’ then onto Lake Hawea for a special farm tour and lunch at Glen Dene Station, with its spectacular views above Lake Hawea. After a hearty farm lunch we visit Puzzling World; test your brain at Wanaka’s world of weirdness. Dinner at the hotel tonight.

FRI 17 APR – WANAKA/QUEENSTOWN
Enjoy a relaxing morning before heading to lunch at the historic Cardrona Hotel. One of the oldest pubs in New Zealand, its rustic charm, spectacular mountain setting and rich history make it a must see while in Central Otago. After lunch we continue to Queenstown. Drive up Coronet Peak for the great views before arriving in Arrowtown for sightseeing and free time to take in the fabulous Autumn Festival Parade. On our way back to Queenstown we visit The Barrel Room at Ayrburn. Ayrburn is Queenstown’s hottest new food and wine neighbourhood. A reimagined historical farm, the Ayrburn sheds and buildings have been thoughtfully reimagined as bars and restaurants. Savour a fully guided wine-tasting experience. Dinner at the hotel tonight. SUN 19 APR– QUEENSTOWN SIGHTSEEING
Morning at leisure then we stroll to the wharf to catch the TSS Earnslaw to discover the ultimate dining destination, Walter Peak High Country Farm. Nestled in a beautifully restored colonial homestead, it’s the perfect setting for a memorable long lunch. After dessert take in the skilful farm dog show. This evening, enjoy freedom dining. MON 20 APR – QUEENSTOWN/AUCKLAND
An excursion up the Skyline Gondola before heading out to Queenstown airport for our flight home. Depart at 1.05pm and arrive 2.55pm in Auckland. Included: B
