THU 19 DEC - AUCKLAND/NORFOLK ISLAND    D

Fly on Air Chathams flight 401 at 12.30pm, arrive in Norfolk Island at 2.15pm. Free afternoon. Dinner at the hotel tonight. Stay at Paradise Hotel Resort (8 nights).

FRI 20 DEC - ISLAND TOUR,CYCLORAMA    B,L,D

A sightseeing tour includes Kingston, Cascade and Longridge. Learn all about the fascinating history of Norfolk Island. See the famous convict buildings ,take in the amazing views from the lookouts. Visit the renowned Melanesian Chapel and the grounds of an old island home - where you will be served morning or afternoon tea. Enjoy a stunning 2 course lunch in the beautiful gardens of the Hilli Restaurant. Cyclorama - discover the history of the Bounty adventures and the world’s most famous mutiny. Tonight the Barney Duffy BBQ. After dinner the Wonderland by Night experience. The setting is 10 acres of magical Norfolk Pines, which are lit up like a magical enchanted forest. Meander along (or ride in the ‘moon buggy’) through a gentle winding path with a descendant of the Bounty Mutineers, as they recite poems and light up the dioramas. while sharing entertaining stories.

SAT 21 DEC - INDULGENCE TOUR, GHOST TOUR     B,D

An optional Bush Walk and BBQ breakfast at the end or sleep in, skip the bush walk, and have breakfast on the clifftop. The morning is free and please note that the shops in Burnt Pine close at 12.30pm today. Indulgence Tour. Start at stunning Ball Bay, then to Steeles Point. Look for White Fairy Terns nesting in the forest. On to the Captain Cook Monument - where Captain James Cook and his officers landed in 1774. Finish with wine, cheese & crackers on Mount Pitt and its 360° view of the island. A picnic to remember. Ghost Tour. Tonight a Ghost tour and dinner. Enjoy a  lantern walk through the historic Kingston Ruins and listen to stories that will delight you, make you sad and send shivers down your spine! Dinner in the historic Georgian Building.

SUN 22 DEC - MARKETS/CHURCH, CONVICT TOUR    B,D

Free morning. Historical St Barnabas for mass or wander the local arts and craft markets. In the afternoon a fascinating Convict Settlement Tour of the  World Heritage Listed Georgian settlement of Kingston. Afternoon Tea is included. Tonight dinner included in the Hotel.

MON 23 DEC - OVER THE CATTLESTOPS, PROGRESSIVE DINNER     B,D  

Discover the heart and soul of Norfolk Island. Meet skilled artisans and entrepreneurs behind the island's thriving businesses and taste and purchase some of the finest locally-made products. A free afternoon then tonight enjoy a 3 course meal, progressing to different  family homes.  The Progressive Dinner is a fun night and a great way to meet the local people.  

TUE 24 DEC - PITCAIRN SETTLERS VILLAGE, GREENFINGERS TOUR     B,D  

In the morning enjoy  the history and culture of the Pitcairn Settlers. View the magnificent homestead gardens, including many of the traditional crops. Ride in a model A Ford tour coach, view a film, visit a blacksmith’s forge, the original homestead, a WWII Army hut and Museum of Memorabilia. In the afternoon Tour stunning gardens and the Island’s only maze. Morning tea is included. Dinner in the Hotel tonight.

WED 25 DEC - MERRY CHRISTMAS    B,L,D

Relax and enjoy Christmas Island Style. Day at leisure with an optional church service. A traditional Christmas Dinner lunch.

THU 26 DEC - WOMEN OF NORFOLK, FISH FRY, SOUND & LIGHT SHOW    B,D

A free morning then absorb the stories of Norfolk Island's exceptional women who have triumphed over adversity and significantly shaped the community. Tonight the famous Fish Fry - a feast of local dishes and mouth-watering fried fish overlooking breathtaking coastal scenery as the sun sets. As night falls on the historic Convict Settlement of Kingston immerse yourself in the drama and horror of the island's convict era.

FRI 27 DEC - NORFOLK/AUCKLAND    B

Morning at leisure. Depart on Air Chathams flight 402 at 3.00pm and arrive in Auckland at 6.45pm.
