Today enjoy an Art Deco Tour with a local guide and the earthquake film, “The Day that Changed the Bay”. Discover the fascinating story of how Napier rose out of the rubble and ashes of the 1931 earthquake. A compelling opening chapter of a bigger and equally intriguing story of how Napier people, New Zealanders and many world-wide fell in love with treasures that had been hiding in plain sight for 50 years. We depart to Auckland via the Lava Glass Blowing Studio & Sculpture Garden, a garden of national significance. Enjoy a tour and an included lunch. A visit to thundering Huka Falls and we arrive back in Auckland late afternoon. Included: B, L
