ITINERARY

MON 20 APR - AUCKLAND/DUNEDIN  (D)

Fly Air New Zealand, depart Auckland 12.25 pm, arrive Dunedin 2.15 pm. Stay Southern Cross Hotel, Dunedin (2 nights).

TUE 21 APR - DUNEDIN SIGHTSEEING  (B,D)

City sightseeing tour including visits to Larnach Castle, Otago Settlers Museum and Olveston.

WED 22 APR - DUNEDIN/CATLINS/INVERCARGILL  (B,D)

Depart Dunedin, travel to Invercargill via the Catlins for sightseeing. Stay Kelvin Hotel, Invercargill (2 nights).

THU 23 APR – STEWART ISLAND EXCURSION  (B,L,D)

Transfer to Bluff. Depart ferry for Stewart Island at 9.30 am.Stewart Island sightseeing including Village and Bays tour followed by Ulva Island cruise with picnic lunch. Depart ferry for Bluff at 5.00 pm. Transfer to Invercargill.

FRI 24 APR – INVERCARGILL/TE ANAU  (B,D)

Travel via the Southern Scenic Route to Te Anau.  Stay Distinction Luxmore Hotel, Te Anau (2 nights).

 

 

 

SAT 25 APR – DOUBTFUL SOUND WILDERNESS CRUISE (B,L,D)

Includes cruise across Lake Manapouri, coach over Wilmot Pass, 3 hour Fiord cruise and picnic lunch.

SUN 26 APR – TE ANAU/MILFORD SOUND (OVERNIGHT CRUISE)  (B,D)

Morning, Te Anau Glowworm caves excursion.  Afternoon travel via scenic alpine route to Milford Sound.  Milford Sound Overnight ‘Mariner’ Cruise. 

MON 27 APR – MILFORD SOUND/QUEENSTOWN/CROMWELL (B,D)

Visit Arrowtown, Gibbson Valley Winery and Kawarau River Bungy bridge en route.  Stay Harvest Hotel, Cromwell (2 nights).

TUE 28 MAY – WANAKA SIGHTSEEING (B,D)

Excursion to Wanaka for sightseeing including visits to Cardrona Distillery, Wanaka Lavender Farm and 'Warbirds & Wheels' Museum.  

WED 29 MAY – CROMWELL/QUEENSTOWN/AUCKLAND (B)

Transfer to Queenstown for 'TSS Earnslaw' steamship cruise across Lake Wakatipu. Visit  Frankton Shopping Centre en route to Queenstown Airport, fly Air New Zealand depart 2.30 pm, arrive 4.30 pm.
