Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and look forward to a relaxing day. Perhaps visit the onsite spa for a massage, or settle down with a good book in the shade provided by a beach cabana with a cocktail in hand. Or does the golf course call you for a round? The day is yours. Tonight we will walk across to the Denerau Golf & Racquet Club for a casual pizza dinner. Included: B, D
SUN 06 JUN – NADI SIGHTSEEING TOUR
This morning set out at 8.30am for a half day Nadi sightseeing tour. Visit Nadi Temple, the largest Hindu Temple in Fiji and view the ornate carvings and Dravidian architecture. Then it’s onto the vibrant and bustling Namaka Market, meet local vendors and discover local produce. The next stop is the Garden of Sleeping Giants, located at the foothills of Sabeto Mountain Range. Enjoy a pleasant walk through the gardens, where you will discover the largest collection of vibrant orchids in Fiji, with over 30 varieties. Back on board our coach, we head to Veseisei Village, the legendary landing site of the first Fijians. Here, you will hear the rich history of the village, enjoy a guided walking tour through the village and see local handicraft displays. Our final stop takes us to Vuda Lookout, for 360-degree bird’s eye view of the East’s Mountain ranges, Nadi Bay, Nadi International Airport and the beautiful Yasawa & Mamanuca Group of islands. Take a short tour of the citrus farm and enjoy tropical fruit juice and seasonal fruits from the orchard before returning to your hotel approximately 1.00pm. The afternoon is then yours to enjoy. MON 07 JUN - NADI - EMBARK BLUE LAGOON CRUISE
After breakfast at the hotel, we will meet and transfer to Port Denarau. Following a private high-speed catamaran transfer to the Sacred Islands, you’ll be welcomed aboard M.V. Yasawa Princess II. Settle into your cabin, then enjoy lunch onboard before spending the afternoon snorkelling, swimming, and relaxing on the beach. Enjoy a glass of complimentary sparkling wine and canapés as you mix and mingle with your fellow cruisers before the Captain’s Welcome à la carte dinner. TUE 08 JUN - CRUISE TO NANUYA LAILAI
Today’s destination is the famous Blue Lagoon and our own private beach on beautiful Nanuya Lailai Island. M.V. Yasawa Princess II will tie off to a coconut tree, and this is your chance to jump off the back of the ship and swim to shore. Optional activities include snorkelling, fish feeding, volleyball, water aerobics, and a coconut husking demonstration. A BBQ lunch will be served on the beach, while tonight’s dinner is a traditional Fijian Lovo – a meal cooked underground in a fire pit. Tonight’s entertainment is a Meke performance by local villagers. Included: B, L, D
WED 09 JUN - CRUISE TO SAWA-I-LAU ISLAND
Stretch your legs this morning with a guided walk to Lo’s Tea House on the other side of the island. Afterwards, the tender boats will whisk you back to the ship, where you have time for a quick dip at the beach before departure. Cruise north over lunch to visit the sacred Sawa-I-Lau Caves, an unforgettable experience. Late afternoon, visit Tamusua Village, where you’ll enjoy a traditional seafood dinner in the village. Tonight, enjoy a movie night under the stars on the Sun Deck. Included: B, L, D
THURS 10 JUN - CRUISE TO DRAWAQA ISLAND
TThis morning, you can choose to visit a local school before we head south to Drawaqa Island. A marine biologist will join us on board to tell us about marine life, coral reefs, and the conservation programmes underway in the Yasawas. This afternoon, you can take part in a handline fishing trip or try your hand at scuba diving (additional cost), go in search of the manta rays (May-Oct, also tide dependent), or simply relax on the beach. For our last night together, we’ll have a BBQ on the Sun Deck (weather permitting) followed by dancing under the stars. Included: B, L, D
FRI 11 JUN - RETURN TO PORT DENARAU/NADI/AUCKLAND
Savour your final breakfast onboard as we make our way back to Port Denarau. On arrival, the crew will bid you a heartfelt farewell with the traditional Isa Lei song — a touching end to your unforgettable journey through the beautiful Yasawa Islands. Transfer to Nadi Airport for Air New Zealand flight NZ953 departing at 2.00pm, arriving Auckland 5.20pm. Transfer to your home (if applicable). Included: B
