Today we transfer to Venice, the capital of northern Italy’s Veneto region. A stop in Verona (known as little Rome and famous for Romeo and Juliet setting) giving you free time to explore. On arrival in Venice a transfer to the hotel by private boat and dinner at a local restaurant. Included: B, D
SAT 30 MAY – VENICE SIGHTSEEING
This morning we embark on a guided walking tour of Venice Island allowing you to wander through its charming, narrow streets and discovering its hidden gems. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Included: B
SUN 31 MAY – MODENA/SIENA
Private boat transfer to Tronchetto and a coach transfer to Modena. There we visit a Parmesan cheese factory, the Museum of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and the Gelato Museum all for guided tours and tastings, before transferring on to Siena. Dinner included at local restaurant. Included: B, D
MON 01 JUN - SIENA/SAN GIMIGNANO
A morning tour of Siena with a local guide. Its historic centre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with several buildings from the 13th & 14th Centuries. Transfer to a winery in San Gimignana area for a pasta making glass including lunch and wine tasting. Return to Siena with the rest of the day at leisure. Included: B, L
TUES 02 JUN - FLORENCE
The city noted for its culture, renaissance art and architecture and monuments. Enjoy a full day excursion to Florence with a guided tour of the city and a visit to Galleria dell’Accademia with your own free time to explore in the afternoon. WED 03 JUN - TRAVEL DAY SIENA-NAPLES
