Highlights tour of Calgary and after lunch travel west on the Trans-Canada Highway into the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Arrive in Banff and check into your hotel. Stay High Country Inn, Banff (2 nights).

Tour all the Banff region highlights including a Gondola ride up to spectacular Sulphur Mountain, Bow Falls, and Tunnel Mountain. Free time in the afternoon.
FRI 16 AUG – BANFF/JASPER B
Visit famous Lake Louise & the Columbia Icefield, then ride the specially constructed Ice Explorer on the ancient Athabasca Glacier. Then on to Jasper National Park and arrive in the town of Jasper. Stay Jasper Inn & Suites (1 night).

A day sightseeing Jasper National Park including the stunning Jasper Sky Tramway up the Whistlers Mountains and a cruise to world-famous Spirit Island.

Board the Rocky Mountaineer Train (2 days/1 night). The spectacular ‘’Journey through the Clouds’’ service to Vancouver. Arrival in Kamloops, transfer to your hotel for the night. (Hotel TBA).

THU 29 AUG - VANCOUVER/AUCKLAND (B)
A free day in Vancouver. The Best Western Plus Sands is in the heart of Vancouver, only a 4-minute walk from English Bay beach. The Park restaurant specialises in fresh seafood and pasta and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stanley Park, Coal Harbour, and Robson Street shopping area are nearby. Later depart for Vancouver airport for your flight on Air New Zealand departing at 8.55pm.
FRI 31 AUG - ARRIVE AUCKLAND
Cross the international dateline and arrive in Auckland at 5.45 am where you will be transferred to your Auckland address.
